About Me

Hi! I’m Suzanne. I am an American currently living in the beautiful region of Provence, France. Welcome!

A good friend once described me as the Ultimate Expat. After we laughed, we decided that it was true. I feel like I've lived everywhere. I have not, but I have been around.  After 30 years abroad, six countries, 20 or more addresses, and an acquired language or 2,  I think it's safe to say that I know what I'm doing when it comes to moving.  I have met so many amazing people and have friends from all over the world. Did I mention that I have three kids?! Three beautiful girls who all live in different countries The Netherlands, U.S.A. And France.

I have had the luxury of living a stone's throw away from some pretty beautiful places, which have allowed me to be spontaneous and travel around in a way that isn't possible for most. There is always a list of "must-sees" everywhere you go, but sometimes it's the unexpected finds along the way that become the fondest memories. I have always found that the best moments usually happen in the most random of places and the most unexpected of times.

I often find myself engaged in heartfelt conversations about my travels, where I share travel tips and recommendations. So, I've decided to make it official and personal.
